Fit new UPVC guttering, fascias and soffits to a detached house in Lane End

Our fitting team have just completed replacing all the fascias, soffits and guttering with maintenance free UPVC on this detached house in Lane End.

They fitted white UPVC fascias and soffits with black PVC round guttering and downpipes.

Roofline installation details

This installation included the complete removal of all the old wood fascias, soffits and PVC guttering and replacing it all in UPVC. Rosewood UPVC shiplap cladding was fitted around the dormer window and on the apex of the porch gable ends.

Along with the installation, the fitters installed over fascia ventilation strips to the top edge of the fascia board, eaves protection boards to help channel rain water into the guttering, bird guards to prevent large insects and birds from gaining access into the roof space via the profile of the roof tiles and gutter guard to help prevent blockages due to debris entering the system.

Once the installation was complete, a final cleanup of the work area was done and all old roofline material and rubbish was removed for disposal.
